Charleston, SC – Branham Group, a general contractor in renewable energy and sustainable construction, announced it has finalized an agreement to provide turnkey engineering procurement construction (EPC) services for a portfolio of commercial solar projects within the healthcare industry.

The projects total over 9 MW of commercial solar to be collocated with the clients’ existing healthcare facilities which will offset their current power usage by an average of 55%.  The portfolio is designed to complement their energy reduction, which is provided through Lumenant, a technology solution firm dedicated to improving the quality of life in senior living communities.
